MIKE SMITH- THE BEST CENTRE HULL HAS EVER MADE!:

its a pity the team couldn't show the same spirit as the kr women exhibiting their boxing skills on utube video big raps for the chap who never retaliated as long as nobody was badly hurt we should draw a line under it , it is very rare in rugby league, the huge difference in emotions and the way the game panned out was a major factor just hope it dosent happen again somewhere

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle. Frederick Douglas:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_30596.jpg

einstien said insanity is when a person does the same thing over and over again but expects a different result:

Show me were I denied that happening so once again I agree throwing a plastic bottle onto the pitch is wrong and the person doing it wants banning .It must be hard for you to keep trying to goad somebody who's agreeing with you icon_biggrin.gif

Looking back at what happened yesterday.

A lot of neutral and Salford fans think the bottle thrown incited the whole incident. It was wrong. I hope the person is dealt with.

However should that have ignited the pitch invasion. No.

I said it on here and the Salford forum last night about football hooligans at a loose end. I also said it on facebook and twitter. I stand by that I got slated for this but I stand by what I said as I did a little digging earlier. When the trouble happened with Salford fans at Huddersfield earlier in the year neither Man City or Man United werent playing.

It may be pure coincedence, but really.

I really dont want to stereotype all football fans as some are genuinely good folk and just go for a couple of pints and see a good game. Unfortunately mud sticks though.

I was also reading on Hull KR facebook page on visitor posts and a woman posted on there about a bloke who was involved in the fighting who was carrying a downs child at the time. How sick in the head. If you watch the SKY footage at the end he is there behind Marwan when he was interviewed.

One final note was the lack of police. They were stretched due to football. Was it not good forward planning having the City home game on the same day as this

To try criticise our away support is laughable, we are constantly one of the best in the league despite usually having nothing to cheer about and the longest distances to travel.

We take the most fans to the magic weekend every year, usually outnumber Wakey and Cas fans when we play there and just outnumbered Wire by more than 2
both fc and kr have good away support

When you play games on a knife edge with little between the teams, you can do without luck or some official wobbling the knife.

Good luck next season, with Koukash staying, you might need it. And for god sake promote your club! Seeing empty stadia on the TV for a Super League club makes a mockery of the name itself.'"

You've been quiet today? Maybe you've seen the footage of the angelic kr fans starting the trouble

Salford fans came on the pitch to CELEBRATE
The kr fans came on the pitch to FIGHT. End of.
Hopefully you will apologies for all the rubbish you have spouted since yesterday, but I doubt it.

Apologies other normal kr fans, you don't deserve this idiot, or yesterday's horrible ending for you. Wish you the best.

What I don't get is after scoring a try to level the game with a kick to come would you enter the field to start a fight, for me the only fanz that was annoyed at this point must be the ones who's team have just let the lead slip.

We all have fans that do mad things, but that dramatic comeback would only make you run on to show joy, maybe it was seen as a goad & with them throwing it away in style with the mix of booze just made it kick off, RFL will pay for the Xmas doo with the fines they will receive from you, 1 winner RFL.

You would only run to show joy because you're a decent bloke, but there were some who's sole intention was to get in the player's faces and goad the East Stand.

I don't agree with invading the pitch, but I'm not too bothered about it happening in a celebratory manner, it's not something I'd ever do because I'm too lazy for any of that running about business.

The Rover's fans that then went on are complete dicks and I told quite a few that. To get onto the pitch from the East Stand takes quite a bit of effort, you've got get over the fence which is about four and a half foot high, and then over the triangular advertising hoardings which is also awkward. You've got plenty of opportunity to think "hang on, is this a good idea?" And what are they going on their for? We had nothing to celebrate, they can't be going on to tell the Salford fans to get off, that would be ridiculously hypocritical and stupid, not that they would understand what that was. Their actions totally shamed my club. It was telling that pretty much all of them fecked off and didn't wait the fourty five minutes or so that it took to get the situation under control to thank the player's.

I wonder how many of the rovers fans who went onto the pitch yesterday were at Featherstone for the cup final in 2002 when they ran onto the field to attack huddersfield players and fans?

Both sets of fans were to blame, as were the Hull KR club, both clubs have a minority of s who won't think twice about belting a fellow supporter, whoever caused it, it was pathetic from both sets.
