| Fair play to Hull KR. Reputation and decency came before money.
Others including the Premier League should take note.

Thank you. After several high profile player issues in the last 7 years, we appear to be finally getting it right on the discipline front.

| I think all clubs pick and choose when to do the right thing, depending on how useful the player is to them.
My own club has been guilty of this in the recent past.
We got rid of Hutch Maiva, basically because he was useless, but chose to keep Jason Crookes last year. I know we had different owners at the time, but the inconsistency is the same.
Would Rovers have acted the same if the guilty player was Travis Burns. Probably not because some other rival club would snap him up.
Uluglia won't be coveted by anyone else, and Rovers can get rid and free up some cap space.

| I think clubs are guilty of picking and choosing when they want to get rid of a player but the difference with ulugia is he got kicked out of his Aussie side for drink related incidents and he's only been here two months and it says he has had numerous breaches of discipline already so I don't think the club had a choice

I agree.
It makes a change for a club to act decisively . Hope they maintain the standard, and other clubs follow suit.

A forlorn hope, I fear.
It's like Strachan said about football t'other day:
=#0000FF[size=85"We give Uruguay stick about defending him [and in football, people talk morals, we don't have them - none," he said on ITV during Thursday evening's broadcast, before reiterating: "We don't have any morals in football! Over the years I've played football there have been wife-batterers, drink driving accidents, there's been infidelity, Eric Cantona jumping into the crowd and kung-fu kicking somebody in the chest - and the clubs stand by them."
He continued: "And the supporters themselves, when these guys come back, they stand up and clap them on the pitch, so don't go talking about morals because we don't have them in football.
"If these things happen to youth team players, with no importance, they get sacked but because these players bring in merchandise and bring them money they [the club and the board of directors will back them to the hill."[/size
They go when they're more trouble than they're worth. I don't follow rugby for moral edification, so can live with that - to a point at least.
Lad has blown his chance... and his second chance. Sad to see somebody screw it up like that.

The sooner scots get independence and we can ban them from our Tv screens, the better
