Round 2 Leeds 10 v 24 Castleford
Round 3 Wakefield 28 v 18 Leeds
Average 8th over first 12 rounds
But apart from that, you're right. They do always start brilliantly. |

I said before the fixtures came out that I hoped FC would get Leeds away. I said Leeds often start the season slowly as evidenced by McDermott being favourite to be first to be sacked early doors and losing 2 of their first three games in 2010.
In 2010 and 2011 they lost their first home games at Headingley. Good omens there for you. Hard luck, cockle. |
