Because they are begging Championship clubs to take players from their Reserves and have offloaded Rooney to Barrow even offering to pay some of his wages just to reduce the amount!!
If they put their cheerleaders up for sale I will go halves with you Gekko for the full compliment, they would look a right treat scattered all over my house in various rooms in an array of poses.
Ohhhhhhh, Back in a bit...........

It could be argued this is merely good business sense. If the likes of Rooney and Bibb are not going to feature in the first team, no use having them in the reserves and paying their full wages

Truth is we could probably throw in most of Super League including Rovers. Just that some are nearer the trap door than others.

Rooney had played virtually every game since coming back from injury until been made 18th man and told he was off out on loan the next week, hardly a player who is not featuring in the first team

Indeed.
Justin's near the trapdoor according to one Radio Humberside caller.

I wasn't convinced by Kear's reasons behind Rooney being shipped out when he was asked after last nights sky game. Rooney is a decent player, and one I wouldn't be getting rid of for 'tactical reasons'.

In coaching, nobody is safe from losing their job, although I get the feeling Morgan is more immune than others.

I feel sorry for Kear, he must be close to quitting but where does he go?

27608.jpg Motto of the week -
It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.:27608.jpg |

| Quote: Bandito "Trapdoor was an awesome programme. I got a dvd somewhere that is meant to be for the kids, might pop it on seen as I am home alone tonight, which incidently was a brilliant film. I reckon young Culkin is a bit upset now his best friend has died. Shame really.
Wonder how the Jacksons are bearing up.
Really ought to send a card, only problem is you never know where to send these things.
I expect there a website where you can look for an address, only I aint got much time, gotta grab something to eat as I have been tiling my bathroom all night. Right ball ache. Tiling round pipes and stuff is best left to the pros.
Done a reasonable job, although I reckon people on here wont be too chuffed, it is all white with black grouting. Kinda looks like the dressing rooms at the KC.
Anyway, back in a bit, gotta go and rustle up a snack.'"
Can't quite decide whether you're just bored, ed or both!!!! or maybe you've had one of those heroin salads

He is out of contract at the end of the season, doubt he would be getting another one, and with the options they have Kear may have decided Wakey could do without him.
If they are so strapped for cash, why are there all these rumours about Cooke going there for silly money, Newton supposedly signing and Shane Tronc already signed
Wakey operate on a very low cap and could it not just be that they are managing that cap the best way they can by moving on some players who wont feature or are high earners - and they feel that money can be best spent elsewhere
