He's missed a few but then so have many of your squad too. Carvell has been very lucky with injuries over his career and his age is not a problem.

Don't knock him, he'd be a good signing for you lot.

No I mean this year when age is now taking it's inevitable toll. When it catches up it catches up, is he 33 next year or 34?

Sometime probably sooner rather than later he'll be a very bad singing for someone. That's inevitable surely? He'll want at least a 2 year deal on top dollar so (from a Rovers point of view) I personally see that as bad business.

Not questioning his credentials as a player I've always rated him but think his playing style and body shape doesn't put him in the Steve Menzies longevity bracket.

If Warrington want to keep Morley & Brett Hodgson but not Carvell why is that? No prizes.
