The RFL are getting involved too. Apparently there is a mascot code of conduct which may have been breached. Don't go upsetting the RFL with licenses being reviewed before much longer.  |

So it seems the SMC sent the letter but this doesnt mean it was out of FC's hands, I would find it very hard to believe that this was done without their input or knowledge and therefore their control. Regardless, the SMC response seems rediculous given the context of the day.
