Playing means taking the field... whatever the past reputations, no player who is injured will be taking the field....and if you care to read your own board you will find various speculation on the state of your superstars shoulder problem.

Its a good idea I grant you. However anybody with a basic understanding of employment law will tell you that their not always needed.
