Correct...
I always said he would be the downfall of KR as he is way too bitter about FC which has being costly for the club. KR need some-one who will make decisions with their heads and not their hearts. |

Whatever drives him (and I doubt it is [iquite[/i as FC-centric as you believe), it's worked pretty well up until now. I can only think of 3 or 4 out and out errors, and with at least one of them (signing Mason), I'm being wise with hindsight.
Now is probably time for a realignment. In some respects I think it started about a year ago. |

His (or rather their) money and it brought us a long way - and just in time, with licensing having been exposed as a sham and feeder clubs on the horizon. I'd rather be working towards sustainability from here than where we would likely be without the money the board have put in.
I daresay you might take the counterview, but given that you're a Hull FC fan and a troll, that IMO merely reinforces my argument. |

No , his number one error was been persuaded to follow a certain path and giving carte blanche to certain gentlemen to spend as much as it took and then those gentleman taking the mickey and putting their own interests first.
Had we taken the other path we had open to us after our peak season of 09 we would at the very least be much better off and possibly established as a top six challenger at worst.
There have been too many pigs at the trough at Rovers...and still are at least on the staffing side.. |
