There is no evidence of a breach of copyright. Should any come to light, appropriate action will be taken.

You are quite right of course - copyrighted material should not be reproduced without the owners consent. Unless it is pictures of cheerleaders, possibly - I'd need to check.

For all I know he might. He doesn't say what he'll do following e-mail contact - perhaps he just wants to chat about how he would also like red red robin on mp3. I can't be too see-no-evil-hear-no-evil as a mod, but I'm not about to start searching every nook and cranny for it.

Seriously mate, I'm not actually infallible - just theoretically . I've noted what you have said and have chosen to disagree. If you genuinely think this is a grave error of judgement you should report it to GML or admin. If I've made a mistake, I'll hold my hand up and admit it.
