Almost a year to the day since some of you and your coach were moaning about Rea.

Another over reaction by the bobbins. Cullen made some very valid points and indeed gave Rovers plenty of praise. I went last Friday and was disappointed at the overall quality of the game. It was a fantastic result for Rovers don't get me wrong and it was exciting because it was a close contest, but i reckon Rovers have played better there in the past and been soundly beaten.
Just my opinion mind
I thought he made some valid points about what Saints were doing wrong and Rovers were doing right. He wanted to point out Saints were underpar but also was quick to make sure he also praised Rovers for the things they did well.
He is doing a decent job at the minute.

| I agreed with everything he said except Ben Galea's try. If they'd have shown the set leading up to the try they could see how we battered that right hand side to drag 10 defenders over making room on the left. Just good work from Rovers on that one.
I think he made some valid points and I really enjoy is analysis of the games. His language is appalling though

| Roversmad, have you gone completely mad?
I am a diehard Rovers fan, but Cullen's opinions were free from bias and he actually said that Rovers tenacity and style of play last Friday forced Saints into errors.
I'd say that is high praise for Justin's gameplan and to the players ability and attitude in carrying it out to a tee.

I’m waiting for the day when a pundit describes a Rovers win as fantastic, despite the opposition been at the top of their game. Do doubt you’ll be the first on here rolling your eyes and calling them sarcastic!

Got to agree with you, if anything Hemmings went ott with his opinions, but I thought Cullens analysis was fair.

| The set leading up to Galea's try was the set of the game, and for him to just point out 10 saints players just happened to be on the left hand side was a bit odd.
other than that, a fair assesment of the game all round I thought

| Let's be fair, if saints were on top of their game they'd have won irrespective of the way rovers played. It's one of those games where your team needs to be at their absolute best and for the opposition to be below par for you to pull a win off. Anyway, all that matters is the 2 points which you have. Don't worry about what anyone else thinks

Completely agree and as Cullen said teams have to make the most of the situations and capitalise which rovers did, Saints will play worse this year and win.

I agree. You need Saints to be having an off day to even have a chance at beating them, and that's still a tough ask as we found out by scraping through with a 1 point win. Not many teams will go there this year and pick up a win, regardless of whether Saints have an "off day" or not.

Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?: |
