I saw my first game in 1962 and I can honestly say that I’ve never felt as low as this. Over the years I’ve seen us taking some real beatings but at least I felt that the players had put a shift in and we were beaten by a superior team. At Wembley and yesterday I didn’t feel that any of the players cared; wanted to do well; had a will to win; pride in their performance; never say die attitude; no respect for themselves, supporters or the club. I don’t know if there is or isn’t a “bad apple[s] in the club or where it is situated but if there is then it is a cancer within the club that has to be removed. A hard decision has to be taken now! Get rid. Forget any five year plan. We don’t even have five months! We will be lucky to have five weeks. I’ve read the Chairman’s statement and he has to act. It may cost us money but it will save the club in the long term. Getting rid of Chester was the right decision in my opinion but Poching should have gone as well. I’m not convinced Webster was the right appointment and McNamara certainly will not be.

OK last post on this one as getting silly. I don't name people as got slapped over the wrist by the aup. I think it was clear who I was talking about. It's what I was told and after Chester got the finger pointed at him he went. He's not doing to bad now is he. Maybe coach of the month. Where as you well 2 embarrassed results later ?
