The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

I think somebody like Blaymire or Halley is maybe more realistic.'"
Has a amazing injury record as well.
He won't be on massive money but 100k is only a modest $150,000.

There is no way that Rovers would be prepared to lose a player of Shaun Briscoes calibre and replace him with Dave Halley as first choice full back. Wont happen.
I know that there have been rumours of belt tightening at Rovers regarding team affairs but in my opinion the re-signings of Dobson and Galea along with the signing of Dave Hodgson dont suggest it is going to be the case.

I really, really hope this is true. Cashmere is the sort of no nonsense, tackle buster that I thought we were getting in Clinton. Difference is Cashmere can do it in SL.
I bet he doesn't come.

Cashmere is going back to Aus i think i read somewhere. The only 3/4 worth looking at now are Coley, Bailey, O'Carroll and Moa.
Moa will re-sign with Hull or go to Hudds so that leaves Coley, Bailey and O'Carroll. Id be happy with any 2 of them 3 but if we were to sign Coley and Bailey it would give us some nastiness and aggression that our pack has missed for a long time imo.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

| Could never see it with Colez at Salford but he seems to have really turned it up a notch.
I'd have Bailey in a heart beat, vastly underrated and very good at what he does.

That's what i was thinking!!
Also Coley is 34 next year and O'Carroll hasn't played a SL game since last season. Non of these players will offer anything material improvement to Rovers imho. Besides i'd be more worried at the make up of the back division next season rather than the forwards.

Really?
1. ?
2. Fox
3. Webster
4. Welham
5. Hodgson (potentially)
6. Green
7. Dobson
pretty happy with that if Fox can get anywhere near top form. Up front has always been where we have struggled.

Maybe not all those you've named will be at Rovers next season.

I reckon Galea will have been signed on a slightly reduced deal, Dobson won't have had that much of an increase (if any at all) and Hodgson won't be here for big bucks (if he is Rovers are idiots). On top of this they have lost Briscoe, Cockayne, possibly Colbon and Cook and i'm hearing at least two others might want to move. Vella has supposed to have been offered a reduced deal, so may not yet sign, and Clinton may be on his way back to the NRL if he decides not to take up his third year option. There is also Masons money as well as potentially huge cost savings on a new coach.
The CEO is on record as saying there probably won't be anymore marquee signings so unless Rovers have some pretty big aces up their sleeve then i can't see them spending anywhere near the cap next season. Particularly when you hear some of the players being linked to them.
Belt tightening???....you decide

Not at all, plays big minutes, doesn't give away anywhere near as many penalties as people think, makes few mistakes, get's under the oppositions skin. There's a reason why Bailey's played a lot of games under several excellent coaches. Plus, we need a knew pantomime villain.
