Yes I believe we did put a clause in where by Rovers had first refusal if and when he returns to the super league.
At the moment though I cant see him wanting to come back here for at least another year or two, after 2015.

If for example he decides to return to super league 2017/18, he may base his decision on how well Hull Kr are doing at the time.

I think Harris had 3 years left on his contract, Leeds held his registration and he came back within that period but went to bulls. So in effect it was seen as Leeds should of had a fee. Josh's contract will be up of and when he comes back I would assume.

Josh has already been offered a very lucrative contract extension by Canberra so we wont see him here for another 3 or 4 years. There was a chance a few months back that he could be persuaded to return early but that has gone now.
When he returns, it will be to Rovers. The fact that he paid his own transfer fee when he left and Rovers have promised it him back when he returns will see to that!

Happens in all sports, it's more that you buy out your contract as opposed to paying your own transfer fee.
