| Quote: Gavin Miller - Legend "Scored a try.
Showed his pace when easily catching Briscoes run.
Looked a danger always despite Hull double teaming him most of the game.
No complaints from me but your right Wheeldon was excellent and no respecter of so called Tongan Mafia members'"
All this tripe about Tom Briscoe having "real" or "genuine" pace is a myth. Welham isn't particularly quick in comparison to Fox or Hall for instance yet he caught Briscoe like he was jogging for a bus.
Anyway, my MOTM was Cockayne; I thought he was superb in every facet of his game was and the best three-quarter on the pitch by a mile.

| I think the choice was between Wheeldon, Green, Briscoe and Cockayne for me.
I have gone for Wheeldon as he was up for it and ran himself to a standstill, plus he 2@ted that coward Luaki.

| Looks like where all pretty much on the same page with this one.
Wheeldon was outstanding and was my MOTM closely followed by Green(who arguably made the 2 biggest plays of the game). I hope and pray Briscoe can carry on playing like that, Welham played really well and Cockayne in with a shout for MOTM.

| Thought Wheeldon was outstanding, best I've seen him play for a while. How quick was Welham on Briscoe? He was well behind & across the other side of the pitch.

| I had Wheeldon as my man of the match, a very assured display and was the best forward on the pitch.
Just a point on Blake Green, how the hell is he still flying under the radar?! He's coming up with world class plays week after week and nobody except Rovers fans seem to have noticed him...?

| I have gone for Wheeldon as man of match. Our front row was under a lot of pressure pre-match to gain us some go forward against what is, to be fair, a good Hull front row. Wheeldon took the challenge on and took us forward all afternoon.
It was also good to see that he wouldnt stand for any rubbish by that big pudding aswell.

| Wheeldon definately for me, ran hard and direct and if Netherton did the same instead of stuttering before he hits the line would improve his game immediately. Agree with Blake Green he has been my player of the season, quite happy that he's not drawing too much attention from outside of Craven Park as I think he would get in most SL teams and dare I say it, just the player Hull could do with. Just hope he realises we appreciate and recognise his contributions

| I thought wheeldon was m.o.m.but I suppose you will laugh but I thought colbon, other than the one mistake looked back to his best since the broken jaw, which seemed to sap his confidence. He took the ball up loads of times and made ground like he used to,bearing in mind it was his 1st match back for 3 weeks.Well done to all and agree, what a signing green is proving to be.!

Blake Green is turning into one of Super Leagues signings of the season. The bloke is a magician. I told him so last night in Fusion....numerous times. Anyway Blake, your girlfriend can have her chair back now.

| I see the HDM had Dobbo as man of the match. While he played ok, his kicking game was poor on Sunday compared to his usual high standards and in the halves I though Green was the better of the two.

| Colbon was very good in bringing the ball back, an area in which he has always been strong. He did make one knock on, which he shouldn't have. Plus a high kick towards the end, he had ages in which to get himself set with not alot of pressure of the FC players, should have taken it comfortably instead of backing off it and let it bounce.
