Rovers' home game Sunday 15th against Catalans.

There will be no Todd Carney to worry about. He is out for at least a month with broken ribs.
That was thanks to a crushing tackle last Saturday from his former Sydney Roosters team mate, now at Salford, Lama Tasi.

I expect Todd Carney to be replaced by Thomas Bosc.

Catalans attacking strings will be pulled by scrum half Scott Dureau, who is also the goal kicker.

Pity about Carney because I was looking forward to the battle of the half backs.

Same here, would have loved to see Carney out there. Looks like it could be another cracker, two teams who can score a lot points, really looking forward to this one!

You should get a chance to see him when Hull KR and Catalans have their return match in Perpignan on April 25th.

Looks like Catalan could have players returning after injury. Hope Rovers continue improving and to be fair our first two home games (and Wire away) the team have showed commendable effort and commitment and no shortage of skill. Both teams can score shedloads of points, lets just hope our attack is that bit sharper than theirs. Looks like being an entertaining game, hopefully played in good weather.

Catalans are my tip for a top 4 this season. They are a great attacking team with a bruiser pack.
Last time out at ours, Catalans attacked and scored freely on our right flank through Whitehead, Pomeroy and Oldfield but these 3 can also be dodgy in defence. Cory Paterson for Salford had a ton of success against them last week and made muppets of them.
Worryingly Tonga at left centre outside of Zeb Taia looks a major threat too and better than Millard.
We won't have to worry about Carney's long cut out passes and ability to break the line this week just Dureau's, so we might just have a outside chance containing them if they go wide.

A close win for rovers against a side I have had a small wager on to win the competition. We have done well against the cat's & I don't think we should fear any side this year, we have played some good rugby & will only get better.

Heading to the game today optimistic of seeing a good game and obviously a home win.It is strange to Every one seems to be waiting for take off, we have a good team, a good captain , what seems to be the ability to score points we just need to click.
