I was a supporter and I'm a big believer in not just chopping and changing coaches. But then my patience ran out after the Wigan debacle.

To give him his dues, the defence does seem to be working better and he spoke in his interview last night about working with individual players to improve them. Two weeks in a row Eden has made good last line of defence tackles (he may have made two last night) and he's got Cox back on song.

Fair play, he takes the knocks so he should also take the plaudits. I'm more than happy to hold up my hands and say I should have given him more benefit of the doubt if we continue on our current trajectory.

Good news for me, Have gone on record saying to change coaches would only put us back a couple of years in development, now lets get behind him & let him get on with the job he was hired for.

Ive always felt he needed an experienced assistant alongside him. Good news though for him.
