2. Chinese hot and sour
3. Japanese noodle soups, especially with seafood

| chicken,i once had fish soup in france,they brought it in a massive pan and all the fish heads where bobbin round the top, yuck blooming awful, just ate the nice bread that was with it lol,

I also like a good Carrot and Coriander - there is a lot of difference between a good one and a great one.
French Onion is good, when in a restaurant served with the cheese crouton!

The Bowman's Hotel in Howden used to make Onion Soup to die for. Haven't been for a long time so don't know if they still do. if anybody could update me I'd be grateful.
