Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?: |

Why Blair ? Yeah I admit he's not been as effective in the halfs but I thought he was playing some great rugby in the 2nd row

You must watch different the game from somewhere else, Blair has been one of our best players this season imo, even though he's had to play a large part of it in the halves due to Campese been injured.
Larroyer is a much better player when running out wide, unfortunately he's been used to much in the middle this season due to the fact we don't have enough size and weight there.
Dixon, although he had a mare on Saturday is still young and a very good player who will improve I'm sure, to let him go would be a huge mistake and one that would surely could back to haunt us one day.
You appear to be one of those people who constantly want to change the team every year when things don't go to plan, we had almost a complete new team last year which took time to gel and was one of the reasons this season has been so up and down.
The one thing we don't want next season is wholesale changes again, we now require some stability if we are ever going to compete on a regular basis in the future.
However, we do require probably 3 new quality forwards adding to the squad, that's been obvious for some time, the rest should be left alone.
Plus, something that we definitely require is a winning mentality instilling into the players, something that's been missing in both Rovers and Hull FCs teams for many years imo, hence the mediocrity status of both teams in the super league, hopefully Jamie Peacock will help remedy that with Rovers.

Chester was on RH recently and was asked about the situation regarding Welham's contract offer. He sounded peed off that the offer of the extension was presented to Welham and his agent six weeks ago but no progress has been made. After Welham's performance on Saturday I would grab it while he still has the chance! seriously though after two poor seasons he seems to have rediscovered his form and probably deserves a new one.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Thinky Roopy suggested he might be going back to Newcastle but would like to know more about that too. Didn't know Sio wanted to return home too either? I agree tho we need two big hairy-bottomed props!

It seems he wants to go back to oz and to newcastle, not the knights but lakes united seagulls a local side. Would be a good result for us,offers far less than james green ans for me is waste of a quota place.

Far and away the best signing you have/ or will make for next season. The guy is a born winner and will stop at nothing until he achieves his goals. You already have the makings of a good SL squad, with Chester and Peacock pulling the strings i can definitely see you guys kicking on to the top 8 at least next year.

Yes really think James Green should have been in the Wembley team ahead of him as he's only been here 5 minutes and hardly warranted being ahead of him. Hate to think what James and his family thought of the decision, gather they were heartbroken!

| Tilse wanting to go back home would appear to be a blessing is disguise despite still having two years left on his contract.
Welham I'm still not sure about, he has had a significantly better season but if he leaves us I can't see him moving up the food chain, so unless we are offering below the going rate he should be signing.
larroyer I'm sure already knows where he is going to be next year, I would presume he is staying but who knows.
I'm not sure who else is ooc, but I'm not sure Hallett, Guzdek or Esslemont have either been given the chance or have shown the ability playing for their Lower league teams to catch the eye, and so will probably be released at the end of their contracts.

Not sure about Hallet but I don't think the other two will be here next season.
