How's he been going for you guys?

Seems to be the odd one out of our younger players coming through in that he's the only one not to have played in our senior SL side, before going out on loan / dual reg. He must be a decent prospect to have interested CS whilst out on dual reg with Leigh.

Be interesting to understand whether its a loan with a view to a long term deal or just a chance to bulk up your squad for the rest of the year ala Charnley when you signed him on loan.

HULL KINGSTON ROVERS is my religion, Craven Park is my church and Jordan Abdull is my God:

He's done well, certainly doesn't look out of place

His deal is up now I believe so we'll have to see if it's extended

In the programme for the recent derby he said he'd be happy to consider extending his loan deal beyond the initial month with Wire having so many options in the back row.

Can't understand why we would refuse. We have a lot of cover in that area. Even with another youngster in Ben Currie away with the England Academy, he's still unlikely to get a game with McCarthy, Waterhouse, Westwood, Grix, Harrison, Cooper etc., all in front of him right now.

Our academy is starting to bear some real fruit, but you cant hold on to them all sadly. I think Laithwaite's deal is up this year. It will be interesting to see if he accepts any extension offer. It's rumoured that Saints are interested in him also.

Laithwaite did OK no more no less. He might have found it easier if he had been with us during the 4 match winning run.

Personally looking at our young forwards I'd say Jordan Cox, George Griffin & James Green are much better prospects than he is.

No better, if not worse than we already have. Once Cox is fit than he will not be needed, also think Ollett is close to a first team squad place.

Just signed a 1 year contract extension with Wire.

Looks like Rhys Williams (currently on loan at Cas) is being released from Wire. He's just the type of winger we should be interested in. Big, fast and knows how to finish. This is our biggest problem position.

Don't see him as a 1st choice for 2013, more of a longer term prospect. Besides, we only have 1 SL standard winger at the club, and he's always injured (when he's not busy scoring late derby winners!). I don't see Hall as a winger.

Williams will probably end up staying at Cas, but I'd be tempted to make him an offer.

I think Hall is the best left centre at the club - the one position we never play him at.

Agreed , baffling that a seemingly astute coach cannot see this or has not thought of it. On a similar line Leeds baffle me with playing the outstanding Watkins at right centre where he looks uncomfortable whilst he would probably be the best left centre in SL.

Certainly what the Hull fans thought but I've not seen much evidience of this, I think he's looked very comfortable on the right side this season. For me he's almost as wasted in the centre as he is on the wing. Full back, stand off, loose forward, he needs to be in the middle of the park where he can get his hands on the ball.
