| LEague express today reckon wire are trying to sign Jordan Cox from you fellas. Seems to paint a mixed view of his season last year. How was it in reality?

From watching on sky, he's always been someone that has stood out due to his size and looked a handful. |

2 or 3 years ago I'd have said he was going to be a star. Now he seems to play the minutes of an impact prop when he should be an 80 minute 2nd rower. Never seemed to recover from his spleen removal. |

Losing the Cox of last year doesn't concern me, I agree that our pack looks lightweight still but I really think Cox would only have been a bit part player had he stayed,
Probably fair to say it's a good move for both Cox and Warrington, fresh environment might be what he needs to crack on.

On the evidence of the last 2 years he is no great loss to the team.
Has all the physical attributes to be a great player with the exception of brain, heart and spleen.
He will be a revelation at the Wire, but the jury's out on what kind. |
