I'm looking forward to the new season as much as everyone else but will he be fit for the start ? rumours already circulating that it could be a month before he gets on the pitch. If the rumours are correct it would be nice for the club to let the fans know where he is in his recovery.

Maybe it because Rugby League is a close community with the players communicating with each other on a regular basis. The opposition will already know his progress and our line up. Rovers fans buy passes and gear which helps towards paying the players so it would be nice of the club to at least put the fans in the picture. Do you really believe there are any secrets in Super League between the players ?

It's irelevant doubt we will see him play more than 10 games anyhow.

Good news. Ladysmith Black Mambazo are on tour and will be appearing in East Hull with Campo and the Hull KR dance troupe on the afternoon of Sunday 7th Feb in front of the East Stand at the KCLS wearing their traditional red and white tribal outfits.

Here's an update on what you missed during your 3 weeks. Lemmie from Motorhead sadly passed away during this time, as did Ed Stewart. Labour took 10% of this time frame to reshuffle f**k all. It has rained incessantly and we have nearly been flooded, but the new Pickering flood defence scheme has done it's job. Finally, Scott Taylor has told the HDM that the dark side are a top 4 Super League side this season.

Campo is our stand off half, captain and playmaker. Speaks with an interior Aussie accent and has been out injured for 7 months. He's back for the start of the season, despite the best attempts of Rover 105 to suggest otherwise.

Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Goose is your man in the know, but I first heard them sing in the 1960s. Best known for their collaborations with Paul Simon much later.
