So Chris Chester drops Gardner and Caro comes straight back into the squad (rather than persisting with two pensioners on the wings). Also certain mid term injuries suddenly being ready to play. Coincidence?

I get the feeling that Sandy just liked playing his favourites rather than the "right" player for the job. Might also explain his persistence with Withers for two seasons even though we all knew he was pants.

Lovegrove, another person Sandy obviously didn't like, might up his game again now.

Oh, and Burns is still in the squad, despite rumours of him becoming a free agent now.

All interesting, very interesting......

Gardner can't play as part of his loan agreement.

Gardner isn't allowed to play against his parent club, shame really because that particular pensioner has been one of our most consistent performers since he arrived.
Let's just hope Caro doesn't continue where he left off in his last 2 first team outings against FC and Catalan, or it may be a long afternoon for him.

Gardner got found out against Cas though. Looked very old. Caro was our top try scorer going into the Catalans gam. He got targetted the whole game and apart from a couple of mistakes held up well.

There is no future in Gardner or Disco. Caro is 100% better than he was in 2013. Should not have let Alex Brown go either, he was improving.

I have stated many times that we have good players just not a team, and that was down to Sandercock. Lets see how they fair without whinging Sandercock.

Brown chose to go, I really hope Omari goes well, I don't think he's anywhere near as error prone as people say he is.

Unfortunately, I can't be there, got a date with Holme Moss.

I wouldn't miss the start of the post-Sandercock era for a date with Kate Moss.

A stunning performance worthy of a grand final. It's the least he will expect now the anti-christ has been ousted.

Not a lot given a massive 2 days to prepare. However it would be nice to accept defeat in a dignified manner for a change.

Unlike on here, my area of the East Stand will feel the same as me, glad to see the back of him. Set of fannies round here.

That's good set the bar high. Dignified in defeat is the new yard stick for Hull Kingston Rovers. With this kind of pressure I feel Chester may not be up to it.

Be very interesting how the players 're act Sunday. This all seems a colossal mess. There has been a huge improvement in young players with half a dozen looking good long term prospects.

Has the rumour of Burns release clause been confirmed or denied anywhere. Newton left with Morgan. Burns stated when he came he had better offers but wanted to play for Sandercock.

Wonder why the players had Friday off? Resentment in the ranks?

I'd love to know where this misnomer that out youth development has been so good has come from. Weve produced no more than we did under morgan.
