| Leeds game v Hudds cancelled due to the storm.
Is this a good or bad thing from our point of view? Gives them more rest between games but they would probably have hoped to bounce back from the no show v the Champs. If they had played and took another beating then would have really been under pressure to perform at home against us so may have worked in our favour? Conversely if they played well and won then they go into our game with bit of momentum. I think it's probably good that we had a real tough workout whilst they must surely have lots of things to iron out that you can't recreate in training alone? Interested how others see this panning out

| Would gave preferred Leeds to have had a hard brutal game in horrible conditions and get one or six niggles keeping players out against us, but no, they in effect get a rest while we now have doubts about a key player, just typical.
Just hope we get missing players back asap. Points needed.COYR.

Not sure. From club interviews etc. I don’t think Parcell is too far off. I don’t think there’s been a time frame on Abdull or Garbutt, but they were both in the original 21-man squad for last Friday’s game.

| there a good chance rovers will be fatigued after their cup final. I know you lost but let’s face it, your young lads gave it everything for 60 minutes then collapsed. Probably from exhaustion.

| Some flooding at Leeds training ground overnight. Not sure how severe but certainly won't help their cause.? Was in Skipton over weekend and was wild weather indeed. First time I'd been there and very nice it was.

I thought Parcell fit but serving a two game suspension?

| It's hard to know just where teams are after 2 rounds. Even moreso with 4 teams only playing once. Are Hudds as good as it seemed? Leeds seemed very flat v Hull but surely won't serve up 2 performances like that at Headingley? Catalans game at Wakey would also have given a bit of form to study. Warrington look the sharpest so far but early days. I expect a very tough game and Leeds to throw everything at us early. If we front up again then its possible we could do something.. Normally a trip to Leeds is half expecting a bad loss. Not the fear factor nowadays but they must improve you would think?

Smith said he was close to selection. His ban was served..Few fans saying he may be unfit for awhile yet after his operation but il take Smiths word.We will see when squad released? Him Garbutt and Abdull would be a boost. Quinlan is the one I'd hope for being in although I do like Dagger as a player

I agree, Quinlan is by far the first name on the team sheet but Dagger will go well so no great drop in skill. But Parcell when fit is way better than any of his replacements if up to his standard of the last couple of seasons.

Hopeful but tbh not a clue.
This is still an almost entirely new team and it is difficult to have a firm opinion off the back of two games.
The effort and application has been good so far. My concern is that without Masoe and Garbutt we’re having to try to defy RL gravity again, and that can probably only last so long. My hope is that it lasts a few weeks more - or that i’m wrong entirely this time, and we can prosper, in relative terms, playing small ball.

| I'm not getting carried away. We have beaten a decidely rubbish (on the night) Wakey and did OK but not beat a slightly understrength FC.
Leeds look average at best but could still turn us over easily. This is one of those games that wecould just be edged out of like in previous years. Size isn't our best asset so we must be smart with the ball and willing to go round them rather than drive up the middle.
Play like we did last week and keep cutting out the errors and we'll keep it close. Smart, calm, game-management decisions will then see us home and its another test to see if this new side has that ability.
