Having read the MEN article Koukash does seem to suggest other issues but 'what' isn't clear.
As far as I am aware Rovers are looking to fill the vacant quota spot with someone who has European ancestry - Campese fits this criteria - and it seems he will be the solution for the hooker role as well.
Apparently SC isn't an issue for Rovers so we will have to wait for the official announcement. |
