No change then. . .fall out of the pub and land on the terracing. Been doing it for years, one of my favourite traditions.

Unfortunately not. That's the North Stand.
The West Terrace is the one behind the dugouts, opposite the seating area.

Bit of a shame that. Usually have good banter with wakey fans behind the sticks

Why the change, we have always been behind the sticks ever since I have been going (over 40 yrs)

I'm assuming its to do with the roof over the north stand, and the club are wanting to build sort of a "Fortress" down at Belle Vue. Having this stand as home support only I can see it working as that atmosphere (From Wakefield fans) will be much better than the previous years.

So pretty much lets discourage away supporters so the home fans don't get drowned out by the noise the away support makes. I for one am glad i am away that weekend and connot attend or it could be

Can't believe the cheek of Wakey. When they come to Craven park we... Oh, nevermind.

Bang right. They've spent considerable amounts of money on that roof to make Belle Vue a bit more comfortable for their own fans whist the new ground's being built, might as well make them as happy as possible. The bit we're going holds 1800, we won't fill it but at least we'll all be condensed in the same area.

It's a better view anyway.

Just would like to point out to you Rovers fans if you fancy a drink before the game on Saturday that a new pub has opened in close vicinity of Belle Vue. The Ruddy Duck, a Marston's pub which is located on the Barnsley Road/Doncaster Road junction, right next to the bridges of the Calder/Hebble Navigation Canal, about quarter of a mile from the ground.

Just hope this match is a lot closer than the garbage us Wakey fans had to put up with yesterday.
