The Watkins Strategic Policy review will hopefully suggest they are a good idea. Too much stuff has been done on the hoof, and poorly thought through.

We need a firm idea of where we want are sport to go and how we're going to get there. It will require some hard decisions, but we can't keep drifting along hoping it will all just sort itself out.
