Play-off’s have gone for us......

How do we feel!!!!

I feel very proud of the players today, a great effort against a table topping Wigan with lots of young lads in our side.

BUT...............I still feel missing out on the play-offs is a massive failure on CS part, he has a lot to prove next year, I don’t think we have improved or progressed from our first game of the season which is worrying in its self.

I look forward to a much improved defence next season!

Craig Sandercock must take this on the chin and show us what he can do next year!

We've got what we deserved from this season, nothing, we played today as if the shackles were off,, but why only now?
The only bright point of this season is the youngsters who have come through and looked very comfortable at this level.

agreed, Salter and Sheriff have been the stand outs for me.

get them on long time contracts asap before you have watts n taylor situations again . Both fc n yourselfs have a bright future by the looks of some of the young guys who have played this season . I know he has played a couple of years now but ive been really impressed with Cox when ive seen him , how long is his contract ?

Perhaps the failure to reach the play-offs will bring some of our fans back down to earth with a bump, they carried on as if we was world beaters and quite frankly we wasn`t. So in that respect this season possibly been good for some fans, it was always going to be a patchy season simply due to all the changes made at the end of last season and now we will have it again for next year with another 5/6 going and new players coming in..

So next year i expect to patchy and inconsistent again, we simply do not have the squad to be able to rotate as some of the more established teams.

Maybe at the beginning of the season or when we was on a bad run which has been pretty much of the season he shud have brought em in then ie sheriffe, salter, griffin Peterson playing hall at 6 the list goes on

Why Hall has not played more games at 6 is a mystery to me.

Expecting to finish 8th out of 14 is hardly expecting the world, and with the squad we had was hardly over optimistic!

This wasn`t a dig at you...

Just at the unrealistic fans out their who think we are better than what we are.

So do you think 8th was a realistic target at the start of the season?
