Now were half way through the season and had a look at pretty much all the squad, who out of the OOC players would you keep or let go.
Scott Wheeldon -GO
Shannon McDonnell -KEEP (But is going)
Louis Sherrife, KEEP (1year contract)
Nick Johnson, GO
Craig Hall, KEEP (3 years)
Jake Webster, GO
Chris Heil, KEEP (2 years)
Rhys Lovegrove KEEP (4 year),
Joel Clinton,KEEP (Or go if we can find a BETTER, younger replacement) (1year)
Ben Galea, KEEP (prioraty signing for me) (1 year, then coaching position)
Jordan Cox KEEP (4 years)
Aaron Ollet, KEEP (1 year)
Liam Watts, GO (A fee would be nice though)
Scott Murrell, KEEP (0n a 1 year deal on less money)
Dave Peterson GO
Jason Netherton- GO
That free`s up 6/7 salaries, if we promote 3/4 youngsters to the squad we could buy 2 quality oversees to replace Webster and CLinton, if he go`s.

I like Scott Murrell but i think that it is pretty much nailed on that Dave Peterson will take over his role next season. Has played 6 and 13 for Workington this season and also had short spells at 9 whilst playing for our 20s last season. Sandercock really rates him. |

he's been a great servant has scotty but he's as good as he's ever going to be and has slipped down the pecking order to become a squad player. Peterson on the other hand is a young lad with a lot of potential, it'll be a shame to see scotty go but sometimes you've just got to take a chance on a player to improve overall. |
