Someone mentioned to me the ither day this is what cas were planning to do, and its a thread on the cas board and they dont seem to really know either. Anyone shed any light on this case?

Morally wrong and it shouldnt be done (he should of got longer anyway) but if its available to do you cant blame cas for using that route.

I think the RFL closed that loophole a couple of years ago. I'm probably wrong though and he will play against us. No disrespect to Cas, but with or without him, we should win the game. We have a 100% record at home in SL v Cas and they are much worse than previous years.

The downside is, our main go forward asset (Ryan McGoldrick, the penalty machine) is suspended so we will have to rely on our forwards.

IIRC if not normal league or cup game is planned for the weekend, they can count the U20's.....

Subject to injuries I would make only one change from the wigan squad - Webbo for Salter.

I've watched the video of the Wigan match and Rovers really tightened up after Dobbo gave them all a rollicking when Wigan went 26-nil up. The introduction of O'hara, Lovegrove, Clinton and Josh H made a heck of a difference.

I'd leave Salter in, he'll have been looking forward to a 'lesser' opponent for the opportunity to really shine.

I would seriously drop Welham for Webster, needs a kick up the a**e, not been challenged for his position in a long time.

Would also consider brining in Sheriff for McDonnell, need to have a good look at him to see if he can handle the role full time next season. Plus no real need for McDonnell anymore now he has decided to leave.
