| First target achieved in making them, now we push to finish in the top 6 and actually win at least one play off game.
Trust in Justin

| we'll finish where we are, the run ins of the sides around us pretty much mean that. hudds or hull i reckon. derby all set for us to win, they do the double over us bit of biff at both. clint goes over last min then does his nails to celebrate before pulling a comb out of his sock!!!!

| Play-off wins for 5th and 6th are devalued now compared to the previous system used up to 2008 (I know this is stating the obvious). Previously 5th would have to play away at 4th and 6th at 3rd. So this season a team finishing 6th gets a home tie against 7th but the equivalent fixture under the previous system would have been an eliminator away at Saints. There's no comparison, really.

| To be fair to Justin, he stated very early in the season that we had structured our training differently this year with the intention to finish the season strongly. As a consequence he expected to get to mid season with a 50/50 record.
So far he hasnt been far off with his expectations.
That said, on the same evening he predicted that Wigan would fall to pieces like a pack of cards come the seasons end because his good mate Madge was flogging the Wigan lads in training and Justin didnt think they could maintain their form because of this. I think its fair to say he got that one wrong!

| Looking at the table and remaining fixtures i think Hull Fc will get another 2 points from there remaining games. Shudds will get 4. I can see Leeds and Shudds moving above Hull. And if we can upset Wigan at Craven Park whilst getting a result at Celtic and Salford we'd host Hull at home in the playoffs wouldn't we?

| I think Hull will get 4 points, they are getting Leeds and Warrington at possibly the best times (dependant of how the semis go) with wire the week before the CC final and Leeds the week after it. Looks pretty certain that the Leeds v FC game will be on sky I would have thought.
Think the league will finish
Wigan
Saints
Wire
Leeds
Hull FC
Hudds
Hull KR
Crusaders

| I think in order for us to win a game in the play-offs, we need to either make the top 6 or play hull.
I can't see us picking up a win at the Galpharm. I'm still undecided if I want to face Hull too, I don't think I could stand the nerves!

Celtic are looking formidable at home and Wigan are looking formidable full stop, so Rovers would have to showed some marked improvment on their current form to beat them both imho. I also think Hull and Leeds will both get 4 points from their last three games which will see Hull finish 4th.

is that on the basis of them hammering salford, or are you basing it on just nicking a late win at home to cas??? I seem to think someone else just nicked a late win at home to cas

I'll be the axeman then.
Wigan will win the GF this year, i thought it early on in the season and i've seen nothing since to suggest otherwise. Wigan v Saints in the final, Wigan to win.
