Never stopped trying all day.

Thought Lovegrove was okay, and I think Fox looked dangerous a lot of the time when he had the ball and put in a lot of effort.

| Fox missed a fair few tackles down that left hand side today.
Always tries hard though.

Yep.
I also thought Clint chasing down Matt King and tackling him was a valiant effort as well. When that happened I thought of a certain black and white winger/centre and the KC stadium, as it happened EXACTLY the same Good that the outcome this time was different!

Gee, I thought all you FC fans would remember Tom Briscoes full length of the field try with Rovers players bouncing off of him. It was voted your try of the season IIRC.

I thought Briscoe's first try in that derby that I have blanked out of my memory ( ) was better than his full length one. Yeah he may have ran 80 meters but there was no skill, even though they are crowd pleasers. IIRC (and this is pushing my brain back a long way) his first try involved a dummy, a good sidestep and sheer strength which got him over. Anyways, why am I bigging up a Hull FC player!? I must be drunk.

looks like i may be the only one that WASNT impressed with Fox then, he came in way off the wing way to often and left to much space out wide for me, also wasnt to impressed with Colbons "challenge" for the ball for Kings try.

Cockayne was excellent and Fox was very good IMO. There was NO forward who could come out of that game with any credit at all, anybody who suggests otherwise is just clutching at straws. Rovers were bullied all over the park in a very disappointing manner.
Also the idiots who cheered when Walker went off should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely, they are nothing short of moronic muppets, its obviouse some of these planks have never played a game of rugby in their lives, they would probably run a mile at the thought.
Its never nice to sustain an injury on the field of play either in ameteur or proffesional sport and those who mock an injured player realy should be ashamed of themselves.

| I always think you are injured and the oopposition fans cheer it could be taken as a compliment but cheering at your own injured player is pathetic.
Scumbags.

| Got to agree about Cockayne, looked very assures at FB and as always ran the ball out with enthusiasm that looked to be missing from the rest. Fox was ok, ran out well and looked to be trying. Colburn had his worst game in a rovers shirt but so did a few others. As usual RL express gave dobbo our MoM, sure thwy think he's our only player and thought he was off the pace today. saying that he never got a lot of help from our runners.
For me we're too predictable and generally only looked like scoring from kick throughs, I was encouraged in the last few weeks that we were running the odd angle but its still not often enough and teams will realise that if you snub dobbo's kicking, you stop us.
Hopefully this is just a blip and maybe a reality check that we needed, too many pundits biging us up, and thought we only had to turn up.
A top quality centre must be top of our shopping list for recruitment for next season.
