I have to say Wakey were truly shocking. I'm not sure how representative their side was bearing in mind their injuries at first team level, the game was won in the forwards with Rovers constantly breaking up the middle of the park. Don't know who Rovers halves were but their skill levels were appalling.
All in all a pretty awful game of rugby. |

Frankie Mariano looked alright, very impressive defence, as did James Haynes.

Not seen them yet but I don't think we will have a problem in the forwards with Tangata-Toa and Jordan James featuring for the reserves last week.

James Haynes played well, thought Spaven was ok.
I thought they were all enthusiastic.
Mills didn't do enough to warrant getting back in the first team, and wheeldon did wat he had to do, neither were especially outstanding. Wheeldon did better than mills though
