Some of my work collegues and i are coming into Hull on Sat 19th April for an afternoon pub crawl. Any ideas on the best place to go. Were all middle aged and want a number of pubs that are pretty close together all within walking distance and some with pool table and dart board so we can have the odd game of killer. Any suggestions would be welcome

Your best bet is the old town(bottom of whitefriargate).

Old Town will serve you well, must be close to 20 pubs in 5 minute radius, suitable for your needs.
Darts > Manchester Arms.
Pool > Blue Bell and City Hotel will cover that.
Ale > everywhere else.
You may wish to avoid the Avenues suggestion. City are @ home vs Arsenal ko 1730. This area will be probably reet busy, esp if it's a nice day.
If you find yourself anywhere near a pub called the 'Arctic Ranger' or 'Rampant Horse' ... run as fast as you can, and never look back.
