| Well done and enjoy Wembley! It could have gone either way but you were the better side with more composure when it mattered. A great game of attritional rugby although neither side was at their best. And the ref got calls wrong for both sides. And please hammer those numpties from Leigh in the final.

| Getting to Wembley is a brilliant feeling but as Neil Hudgell has already pointed out we don't want a repeat of last time.
Leigh have a simple formula. Sign a stack of quality players in all positions and you might get a quality team. Working so far. Even so I wouldn't yet put them in the bracket of that Leeds team containing McGuire, Burrow, Sinfield, Peacock, Hall etc etc.
So I'm confident we will concede less than 50 and score more than nil this time......
Can't wait.

| Sent the kids to Wigan, so they improve their points difference by nearly 60. Thanks Hull KR

| Yeah, it’s almost like that’s something we weren’t very concerned about.

| Bongser has an after work drinking buddie that is an East Hullian, Hullite, Hullther, Humbergian? (Mild Rover will no doubt enlighten - he seems a bit clever). He (the first mentioned - not Bongser, Paul the KR buff) is a big RL fan, watches lots of amateur/reserve games and has tagged alonga-Bongsa to LSV on a number of occasions. He regularly holidays in war zones. Recent jollies include ones in Syria and Iraq.
BUT he cancelled a trip to Eastern Ukraine when a certain Special Military Operation was loosed by Mad Vlad and,
to the ribbing of numerous Salford fans, two Leigh fans, a Wigan fan and a Rochdale fan (it's a pub by Salford Central railway station) he has decided to duck Wembley.
Bongser takes this and MR's previous post as a positive sign that he will have paid to see what he craves to see.
Enjoy the day, those more hopeful than Paul

I’ll be there, although whether I’ll see what I crave is a different matter.
Was Paul there in 2015? If so, I don’t blame him. Speaking personally, that has cast a long shadow. I genuinely wouldn’t wish it on a Hull FC fan. It went beyond jesting.
I couldn’t have faced it if it had been Saints, tbh. At least with it being Leigh, I’m guaranteed to witness something rare and special in the modern era of RL. And we’re not just rocking up in the Washington Generals role. It [imight[/i be painful… but it might not.
The Leeds fans sitting near me were great in 2015. I almost felt sorry for [ithem[/i - like you would for an undertaker who has to meet clients just after discovering they (the undertaker not the clients) have won five grand on the lottery.
I’ll be overjoyed if Rovers win. As long they do enough to cleanse my palate of 2015, it’ll be a good day. If not, then if Wembley doesn’t get sucked into the pit of hell where we all have to watch Saints and Wigan contest every major final for eternity, that’ll be something.
I hope you have a good day, whatever the result.

| Looking like it's going to be a bit muggy weather wise on Saturday.
As ever, I don't fancy us, think we need to get over the top of their forwards and kick much, much better than we have recently.
I mean, that's a bit obvious!
Our line speed and kick pressure are a concern for me.
I've got a couple of £41 tickets going if anyone wants them.

| An old poster would describe this as a… Daunting trip to Wembley.
Inevitable that we’d meet Leigh at some point, it’s what the CC draw brings us every year or so. At CP Leigh threw a lot of shape and our lack of speed won’t save us, if we bite in and get skinned. Something Ryan and Senior are regularly guilty of. With Batch/Opacic and now Schneider I’m hopeful our right will cope. Left side not as much confidence (how times change), even if Hall makes it.
Stating the obvious, our middle is the key, as much as Leigh’s second phase offloads are to them. Parcell and Mini thrive on even half quick plays and we roll on the back of that chaos.
Bring it on.
