The hype about Oakes was that he was going to be a once in a generation type player..... He isn’t. More of a massive disappointment. And vai vai has gone backwards since signing his new contract.
I don’t have the answers, but our injured players need to come back ASAP. Or this will be the last season in the super league for a long while.

I bet you wish you had a 38 yr old gaz ellis to call upon right now and lets be honest he would be first choice backrower at your club,if you don,t get some players back soon Huddersfield will have caught you up,leeds and wigan will have sorted themselves out and you will be in trouble again RELEGATION!!!

SHEENS OUT, if you can be bothered look at my old posts regarding him, going back to the championship you will see I have said it all along. The guy is a dinosaur, stick him on a plane home and go get James Ford at York.

It started with the misuse of an excellent player in Docker-Clay, then selecting Dave Hodge when we had good young players who could have used that season to really get good game time.

Then the signings of 2018, Walne, Conor Williams and Todd Carney etc

One example this season is the isgusting misuse of Chris Atkin.

I was told by an ex player who is now killing it at his new club that he went to Sheens in pre season to ask what sort of game time is he to expect this season, he was told " I have players on bigger salaries and i have to think of them first"!!!! This is 100% true.

Your opinion is valid and as fans we want success now.Agree with some of what you write but having only 1 prop from 6 is just nuts. I liked the look of our squad pre season and we haven't played that badly until Friday. Most teams will go through this during a season imo. What coach could have done better? Although I agree Atkin could have been played a lot more.Another season of scraping by.(Hopefully)
