I hope he goes well and he looks like he has something we don't really have in our backline which is footwork and strength, think both minns, shaw and heff are all pace and line players if that makes sense.

What this signing does show you though is the mindset of fans with regards to signings.

Take the tickle and lee signings, both probably on lowish wages, both bring experience in the top flight and you know both will be steady if not spectacular and utter uproar ensues from fans about the signings.

Sign VaiVai, who is aussie with a famous cousin and a good highlights reel and everybody lauds it as a game changer. Why? as rightly pointed out he has no big game experience really and not played at a high level in a while. I trust sheens judgement and hope he can product the goods but it just shows how misguided fans opinions on signings can be.
