From what I can gather a couple of Salford fans had an argument over the current rumours doing the rounds of a proposed name change/relocation for the club. There was a bit of argy bargy by all accounts and maybe a punch thrown (unconfirmed). And AFAIK this was the end of it. BT Sport made me laugh as they have put a picture on their report which relates to the disorder at the MPG so pretty shoddy and inflammatory reporting on their behalf.
Whilst I don't condone any fighting at rugby matches (tho I do miss the on-field biff) this has been blown massively out of proportion.

Admittedly it's just a few sad little boys that have watched Green Street, but fair play to Salford for acting to get rid, neither club want to activate their suspended fine |
