I think we need an old head up front with a bit of game smart's about them. A lot of good props start of in the back row & mature into the roll in their late 20's early 30's very few young props last the course. It is one of the hardest positions to fill as a lot of young lads have the size but just don't have the mental toughness to keep up the required levels of fitness required in the modern game.
