I've mentioned 5 young first team lads who will get good game time this next year from our academy. But looking at our relegation, It seems to me there's a better career path for young lads at rovers than FC.

On Abdul - not one to set the pulse racing, but we have to be realistic. The recent chairman's blog suggests we're going for a stepwise approach to the season, and that there'll significant midseason recruitment. The first step is making the top 4. We shouldn't take anything for granted, but Abdul and Marsh competing for the stand-off spot alongside a more experienced organizer at 7 should be okay, if the pack do their job.
