The cynical part of me says this was a core fan suggestion from the Big Listen survey, which was canned as being irrelevant, given that the Board believed it had all on the field matters covered by highly paid employees and professionals.
The gullible part of me says that any attempt by an organisation to engage its stakeholders carries merit and value and should be embraced with open arms.
The experienced commercial part of me says that it is a complete waste of time and effort. If a Board has to indulge in a token part of reverse business consultancy by using fans in an unpaid capacity to help provide solutions, then it's questionable if that Board is fit for purpose.
As Stan says the team needs to put in an honest 80 mins shift at Cas and every game thereafter.
If it was me, and on the off chance that Neil Hudgell might be reading this, I would aim to be totally left field and radical. I would deduct a 20% proportion of the related weekly wage from those who collectively turned in such a shambolic performance in a Hull KR shirt on the pitch yesterday. That money can be used to reimburse the 3000 hardy souls who braved the cold in our name to witness the resultant debacle and humiliation.
30596_1286642206.jpgIf there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
