| Quote Bal="Bal"Of course, if you'd have won in front of your record crowd for the super 8 place, it wouldn't have been a big match?
Bless.'" No it would because and I'll spell this in big letters for you [size=200IT WAS A LEAGUE GAME[/size, we are however playing in a 'big game' a week on Saturday and win or lose it will STILL be a big game.
Quote Bal="Bal"Yep. I do remember that Hull FC fans were also on the pitch. I also remember Hull KR fans invading the pitch. Rendering your whole holier than thou, all people in red and white from East Hull are law abiding angels attitude as mute. Fact.'" You didn't quiet answer the question there chief now did you so I'll answer it. The reason our fans were on the pitch was because your fans once again ran on a RL pitch because for you lot that seems to be normal behavior. Also can you point out where actually said 'all people in red and white from East Hull are law abiding angels' because I'm pretty sure I didn't.
Oh and BTW the word you are looking for is 'moot'.
Quote Bal="Bal"I'm sorry, I didn't meant to upset you. Please try not to cry. I'm sure the elimination battle against Leigh will be very entertaining! I might even watch it.
(This is way too easy you know)'" You haven't upset me sunbeam I do however find it a little sad that you think that your fans invading a pitch AGAIN isn't a 'big deal' but then again it's probably just down to the fact that for you it's become the norm.

| It was a game between two mediocre teams .......Although, it's good to see that one of these mediocre teams has finally put to bed their deluded expectation of being a top four side and realise that they are nothing more than mediocre like the rest of us outside of the big three .....Celebrating like they have made a cup final when all they have done is made the 8 is testament to the actual level of this club and puts to bed all their delusions ......Well done, good luck within the Super 8's!

| Watched the superleague show last night, see they glossed over the pitch invasions of Leeds, Saints, Wigan, Hudds, Cas, Wire and Catalan. Typical one eyed reporting.

| I cant understand why the stewards are coming in for stick on social media. Stewards at any sporting event have very little chance of preventing large numbers of supporters encroaching onto the playing area.

| Still enjoying the bitterness, especially from a certain mod. Really making my day! Obviously not as much as the mighty Hull FC lads did on Friday putting you back in your place.

| Sky pundits & other media pumped this game up to much by saying biggest game between the clubs in 30 years. It was a league game that kept us in the top 8 & albeit kr has a slim chance of making the top 8, media was making it look like kr was going to be relegated after the final whistle, to strong a side to go down even without first choice 17.

The above post just about sums up FC for me. No chance of challenging the big three, they celebrated like they'd finally won at Wembley just because they've got in the Super 8's.
How can it be 'Super' with them in it anyway???
FC are the most phony 'big club' in the country. I didn't see the fans of any of the other clubs who qualified for it acting like it was somekind of major achievement.
Smalltime club. Smalltime fans.

I agree, even if we'd won I'd still have thought we'd be in the middle 8's. Just another league game. The biggest derby game in recent history was the playoff game, that was do or die. (and even though we won we still stayed off the pitch )

I think they do it to make the games a sellout, especially with it on sky & the restricted view at south end of the ground, I thought the biggest game at top flight was the 42-6 bumming we had at KC.

Not really, that was more the cherry on top of the cake following the Salford game we had the week before, that game was a relegation do or die. The game against FC was just confirming what had already been decided.

So last Friday's game is the same for our fans is it not? Keeping our play off dreams alive? Yet we get called for it.
