Cockayne to Fullback and Dixon on the wing?

Why make 2 changes when 1 will do? Stick Cockayne on the wing, job done.

I don't think anybody is underestimating Salford, especially with Dobbo, Patterson and Taylor in the side, who all have a point to prove Imo. The rfl have handed us a cack hand, and we have to play it. I don't expect a victory, the players looked shattered after Thursday night and the very short turnaround will prove too much. (Which bearing the cas match in mind, the Rfl should be highly embarrassed about).

Don't see how the ex players you mention have a point to prove. They all left on their own terms. Really hope the east stand throw a barrage of verbals at 'homesick boy', also hope we take advantage of his lazy defending. An even though dobbo is a rovers legend, we all know how poor his defence is, so would expect to channel a lot of traffic his way as teams did when he played for us.

Not bizarre really I'd probably do the same thing if Dixon and cockayne are both playing the reason been I think cockayne is a better full back than winger so it's the lesser of two evils

I don't, Dixon is ok with clear space in front of him but too small and light for a winger. If he plays wing he'll be targetted all game. Keep Dixon at Full back and Cockayne on the wing

Dixon has got to stay at fullback for me. Cockayne to right winger as a straight swap for Sio.
