I've just been on their forum and they are complaining about a lack of intensity and line speed from their pack v Salford as well as a high error count. As their set completion was below 50%, they had to defend a lot in wet conditions on a heavy pitch and as a team they collectively made over 400 tackles. Brough and others started moaning instead of playing and their game dissolved to rat s**t.
Taking nothing for granted, we might just have better energy levels come Monday. They are a good team, but now is a good time to be playing them.

the rest of us are cautiously optimistic, as we tend to be before every game
i'm looking forward to it, we were pretty poor last night and we need to have a massive improvement or your halves will tear us to pieces.
i hope Lunt thinks he's still playing for us and puts in the kind of performance he had in the last 18 months for us! |

because in all honestly, we were absolutely abysmal, we went into the game with only 1 pre season game against a weak Halifax side and got caught cold.
we've improved a bit since then |

change of club is what was needed for Lunty, he'd gone stale with us and had been seeking a move away for 2 years, because he didn't get it, he sulked.
still a fine player, not one of our fans would deny that, but it's no coincidence that we won 4 on the spin after he left.
