Saints fans IMO were always good folk, but they did seem bitter after your victory. I thought Green's shoulder charge was bad, but I actually thought Wilkin (??) on Kelly was really disgusting. Deserved victory.
On Monday I will be there, and have no idea what to expect other than a resounding thrashing, but as daft as it sounds it would not surprise me if we won.

| Think a lot of Saints fans have been so up themselves while filled with there own self importance it's unreal. Granted they are the current Champions and well done to them but they won after a complete head fart by flower then got themselves smashed and embarrassed by Souths.
Little more grace goes along way.

It has reached that stage.
Modesty is not a bad look and it's maybe born, in this case, of knowing that it was a game against pretty modest opposition.
The Boot will inevitably be on the other foot one day - is it better to enjoy and splurge or be a little reserved against that day? If you kick the dog, then when it recovers sufficiently to bite you, you deserve it. I've run too far with this.
My optimism is becoming a bit less cautious.

They loved it a few years ago when we all thought we were going into administration, ive never seen so many happy black and whites and black and white shirts.
Strange if you stick at it,things may change your way and at the moment its a classic case of what goes around comes around,so just enjoy and watch them squirm for a change.
Happy easter all.

| I can see Hull just turning a very depleted Saints over. I unfortunately can see us getting turned over by a big giants team that know how to play good rugby which let's be honest, our last two opponents haven't.

| Hull have got championship written all over them, and no club deserves it more.
If the boot was on the other foot they'd be all over it , drilling it into us , sending us directions to Batley .
Like they always said , super league only needs one hull club.

| I'd be hugely surprised if any SL team went down, as good as Leigh look.
We're the last promoted team.
In 2006 we had the measure of everyone in the Championship. We lost against Leigh in the NRC whilst heavy favourites and then dropped some games once top spot was secure by playing kids.
That year we produced an amazing one off against Wire in the cup and then got royally bummed by Saints.
They were one off games. We were the only team to be full time all year.
Any Championship side is going to have to produce that sort of form week in week out, just can't see it.

Cas were promoted the year after us, I was at the 2007 Grand Final at Headingley when they beat Widnes.
Rovers, Leigh & Widnes were all full time in 2006. The latter 2 stayed full time following their relegation the previous year.
