Personally I would give Chester the opportunity on a minimum 2 yr deal. The man has served his time and deserves a chance and a chance to have some impact on the quality and quantity of players we need to attract and tie down to the club. I imagine there will be quite a number of personnel changes next year, both on and off the pitch and whoever we have next needs to be given as much time as possible to stamp their own mark on the job. Its a fantastic opportunity for someone. I for one hope its Chris Chester.
