“The bottom line is that we haven’t got enough quality players which apply themselves consistently enough,” Hudgell told BBC Radio Humberside.
“It’s about getting the right people in, the right culture at the club, and Greg let us down this week.
“He can’t stay out of the nightclubs of Hull when he shouldn’t be in there. That’s the fourth player this season.
“He may have helped us today if he were playing. But he wasn’t playing for his own selfish reasons.
