Quote: Voltaire "Well, while you lot of sycophants, who gladly lick up to people with no rugby knowledge or record, enjoy the delights of finishing 8th, 10th and probably 8th , 9th or 10th , wallow in the genius of giving another genius a new £100,000 deal out of your gate money, some of us will be glad never to watch an RL game again..
Rovers are desperate for anyone with some RL knowledge to be involved at the top, the Sandercock decision stinks of amateurs....as did the month jolly to Aus(on the club), to appoint him...
Aside from Phil Lowe, who is practically senile now, there is absolutely no RL people involved, a very sad state of affairs..the chairman(and Vice and assorted buddies (commentator etc)), (none of em ever played at all), lets be honest, if he had no money and was an everyday supporter , would not be anywhere near the club in opinion or decision, yet he makes every decision going that drives the club in entirely the wrong direction on the field at least...luck followed by money is all it is and its leading Rovers up a very wrong path...by all means whack your money in but get rid of your useless mates and get some RL people in , we aint got Roger Millward or any men of experience this time around so its gonna be hard work...and Sandy ain't a Moses...'"
I agree with some of your points. The attack on Hudge however, I don't. The main reason why we are debating where we are as a decent mid range Super League side is all down to him. He's made some mistakes, granted. But even a man with rugby experience could of made the same.
But all that being said, I'm not enamoured about the timing of the coaches position. Please lets not make any announcements until the end of the season.
It's up to Sandy for us to have a good end to the season so I will buy my pass for next year. If we have a dreadful end, then its no pass for me and picking my games next season. And I know many who think the same.
