Rovers 24-28 Warrington FT

A big opportunity missed by Rovers today. Warrington sounded like they were well below their usual standard, and Rovers had enough field position and possession to win it, but the usual errors and lack of threat when near the Warrington line cost us today.

Gutted!! Dumb play at times. A lot of effort, but the halves need to work together a lot better than today.

Shame you lost as it would have been good to see cooke back at caravan park. Wide open for a less fancied team to get to wembley now I reckon with leeds and saints being drawn against each other and some easier looking teams guaranteed to be in the last 8

Dreadful last tackle options probably cost us 12-18 pts & Silverwood another 12-18 pts. We're getting better but we need to be smarter...thought Adam Walker was outstanding again.

Cant knock the effort. If anything we were too desperate doing everything 100mph instead of engaging a few brain cells to put a few decent last play options together. Really gutted especially with Wire drawing Doncaster at home
