Good effort from England, but Aus look to have gears to spare. Need to score next. Probably won't then they'll run in a few as we push things.
Chase is steady but pretty much anonymous. Thaiday is seemingly exempt from ruck penalties - refs done okay though.

I never thought is was possible to get worse officials then in Super League, but these guys seem to be getting every decision wrong.

I thought everything worked well today. The ground looked good, and I thought daft things like adverts on the big screen actually added to the atmosphere. The group dancers and the choir all made for a nice build up and the game did not disappoint. I thought PNG did well against what was largely the Dragons side and were unlucky not to get the win. Thought Costigan looked strong and although I was focusing on the PNG side, thought larroyer made some good runs. Think Enoch needs a bit of work though.
Only real downside of the day was not being able to see the clock on the big screen as it was too small and clearly set up for normal tele viewing. I was on the half way line and couldn't see it, anybody in the North Stand wouldn't have had a clue.
