to me this is a couple of years too late in its inception and had they listened before the recession then they might not of lost quite so many of the hard to afford fans... fans had been screaming out for better payment options and at a different time of year than what they had... Christmas was and is one of the most economically challenging times of the year, yet the club always pushed the shirts and passes at essentially the same time at christmas....
i suspect pass prices will be increased slightly again, i also suspect the new payment scheme will follow in the footsteps of car insurance(ie deposit and then 8 payments), however it should open it back up to a few more again....
I also wonder what damage Hullkrtv did to the numbers as it became more economical to pay 35/45 to watch all games rather than 240ish for 13+games
